SOMETHING FOR YOUR MIND YOUR BODY & YOUR SOUL....
TERRORTEK X
The 80's was and will always be one of the greatest decades for music.
Think of the 80's like a huge tree with MANY branches, yet all belonging
to the same tree. As an artist & musician, I am
a huge fan of the tree itself and love and celebrate ALL of the
branches of said 80's tree. Though I usually make Hi-NRG dance music
with a retro vs. contemporary spin like in my singles "A Little Respect"
& "Hold Me Now", I wanted to explore another avenues or "branches",
if you will. I always loved how effortlessly one completely different
"genre" blended into another. I have always loved EBM/industrial music. I
liked the darker, more danceable/clubby side of industrial with bands
like Skinny Puppy, Front Line Assembly, Armageddon Dildos, to the more
mainstream club sounding industrial like Front 242, Boxcar, and Nitzer
Ebb. It only proved my point further when pop/dance God Phil Harding
(PWL) teamed up with Nitzer Ebb on their single "Warsaw Ghetto" and
later on the international club hit "Join in The Chant". So I hope you
will all enjoy my contemporary tribute to the old skool dark club sound
with a new contemporary reboot with my new project TERRORTEK X.
